CLEMSON, S.C. -- Previous Clemson teams would've taken a division title any way they could get it. Not this one. Head coach Dabo Swinney congratulated his team on winning its division before the game, but also challenged players to seal the title outright, as opposed to merely winning it courtesy of a tiebreaker. Clemson heeded the message, overcoming some first-half defensive lapses to pull away from downtrodden Virginia in a 34-21 win in front of 77,000 fans at Death Valley. [ details]
