Just a week ago, Fruit Cove, Fla., quarterback Nathan Peterman wasn't really even thinking about Tennessee. Even though Peterman didn't have his eye on the Vols, the Vols had theirs on Peterman. The 6-foot-2, 205-pound quarterback said he was surprised that he was offered after only really being in touch with the Vols for a short period of time.
