Oregon has a commitment from the top-ranked running back in the nation but that doesn't mean the Ducks are done at the position. The program has shown a willingness to put plenty of play makers on the field at the same time and another running back likes that about Oregon.

Terrell Newby is a 5-foot-10, 180-pound running back from West Hills (Calif.) Chaminade and he has earned a four-star ranking on Rivals.com.

Oregon, Oregon State, Arizona State, Colorado, Nebraska, Utah and Washington State have offered while other powerhouse programs are interested.

In recent weeks Newby has spent a lot of time around a local program that hasn't offered.
