Last year Dom DeCicco from Thomas Jefferson High School was a first team all-conference selection despite missing time with a broken arm. DeCicco helped Coach Bill Cherpak's team to the WPIAL Class AAA finals at Heinz Field. Today the Pantherlair takes a closer look at Dom DeCicco.
