Hart excited about opportunity
Willie Lee
BulldogBlitz.com When Mississippi State decided to extend a scholarship offer to Georgia running back/ fullback Brandon Hart they knew they were getting a steal. Hart didn't mind State's depth chart at running back, because he knew he would get to learn from the two of the best backs in the SEC. His versatility allowed him to come in and make immediate contributions in the backfield and on special teams.
"I consider some of my strength to be my versatility," he commented. "I am able to play running back and fullback. Knowing both positions will help me get on the field faster. Coach Croom told me when he recruited me that I would get the opportunity to play both positions which he didn't lie about. He told me with playing two positions on offense and being able to play special teams that I would be more valuable to the team."
Coming out of high school Hart knew he had a lot of work to do before he would ever be able to see the field in his first campaign as a Dog.
