Two-star cornerback Greg McCoy is on his way home to Texas this afternoon after making an official visit to the University of Iowa this weekend. The 5-foot-10, 175-pound McCoy, who attends Woodrow Wilson High School in Dallas, said he enjoyed his two-day trip to Iowa City.

Iowa cornerback Bradley Fletcher was McCoy's host on the official visit this weekend. The two-star cornerback, who received a scholarship offer from the Hawkeyes this past summer, was impressed with the team's following in the state.

In addition to Iowa, McCoy holds scholarship offers from Arizona, Baylor, TCU, Louisiana Tech, and SMU, among others. After making visits to SMU and Iowa this month, the cornerback may wait and make a January visit to TCU before he decides.
