The day after offensive line coach Neil Callaway
was announced as the new head of the UAB Blazers, the Georgia Bulldogs hit the
practice field in Athens to prepare for the Chick-fil-A bowl on December 30.

Junior guard Chester Adams thinks Callaway's
departure will be tough for the offensive line, but the offensive line are proud
that he is now a division one head coach.

"It is high time he got his due and he is not getting
any younger and it is great for his family because his wife is from Alabama
and it will be good for her to go back home. I am really happy for him and his
family," said Adams. "There will never be another Neil Callaway
and I can guarantee you that. Who ever they bring in Georgia will get the best
because that is how they do things and we are not expecting anything less than
the best."

Adams and the other upperclassmen have been talking to
younger offensive linemen letting them know things will not change much and
that change can be good for a team.

"It will be a hard transition learning a coaches
new style and how he wants things done, but other than that we will have to
adjust to it because it is part of life," said Adams about the younger
offensive linemen. "Change is good sometimes and most of them have only
been with Callaway for one or two years so I tell them to hang in there and
do not get discouraged and know everything will workout for the good."
