Lake Worth (FL) High School offensive lineman Joe Looney describes his dream play as pulling around the end on a running down and taking out a defensive end.

So it should come to no suprise that the 6-foot-4, 305-pound mauler's favorite conference is the SEC.

"I grew up watching the Southeastern Conference because I love hard-nosed football," said Looney. "It is the best football conference in the world, and to play for one of those teams would be a dream come true."

Looney landed another option towards his dream on Monday when Tide Coach Nick Saban extended him a scholarship offer. Alabama is recruiting Looney to play offensive guard.
