Haston a linebacker after all; more notes

GoldandBlack.com Tyler Haston was recruited to Purdue to play linebacker, but diverted to fullback for the spring.
But the true freshman found his way back to the position he originally signed on to play.
Haston has been moved back to defense, where Purdue's numbers at linebacker are limited.
"Monday rolled around," Haston said after Saturday's end-of-spring scrimmage, "and I went up to meetings and they told me I was going to be moved back. I think it was the result of the scrimmage the Monday before, but I'm not too sure.
"I started up Monday and have had a few days to learn on the run here, trying to get caught up for today."
Haston said the coaching staff was "very clear up front" that his stint at fullback was just a trial.
