Last year there was a noticeable absence around the practice fields at Shrine Bowl and North-South All-Star game workouts. Coaches from the ACC and SEC that heavily recruit the Carolinas were nowhere to be found, due to a new rule put in place by the NCAA. But the one-year ban was recently lifted. This week Tiger Illustrated spoke with several coaches on Clemson's staff and from around the ACC, SEC and Big East to get their thoughts on returning to the workouts and why they feel it's a big deal.
