CLEMSON, S.C. - C.J. Spiller said Tuesday he plans to submit paperwork to the NFL underclassman advisory committee next month. The possible first-round draft projection no doubt has a decision to make on his future, and soon, though it could be an easy one if something in particular falls into place following the Tigers' season.
