After losing David Blackwell to South Florida, Clemson went several weeks without a recruiter for the Palmetto State's Low Country, where the No. 1 linebacker recruit in the state resides, four-star athlete Justin Parker. Last week Parker's new Clemson recruiter, Dan Brooks, made contact, and the two spoke at length, in addition to discussions Parker had with Kevin Steele and Dabo Swinney as well.
