Finding A Home
The last two games Clemson sophomore right guard Thomas Austin has received a start at center, edging five-game center starter Barry Humphries.
The 6-foot-3 ½, 315-pounder recorded 14 knockdown blocks last week, and drew ACC Offensive Lineman of the Week honors.
"You get more used to it. I played about 20 snaps (at center) against Virginia Tech, so I didn't play as much as I wanted to," Austin told Tigerillustrated.com earlier this week. "Central Michigan was a team that played a nose guard, so I got a lot more work on reach-blocking."
