LB commits to UGA

Georgia picked up its 13th verbal commitment Monday morning when South Gwinnett High linebacker Reggie Carter said he'll play for the Bulldogs.

Carter confirmed his intentions in a text to UGASports.

At 6-foot and 216 pounds, Carter also holds offers Alabama, Florida State, South Carolina and Tennessee.

He missed all of last year while recovering from a torn ACL during his first game last fall, but is now 100 percent.

Carter is Georgia's fourth verbal commitment in the past four days, joining offensive lineman Aulden Bynum, linebacker Ryne Rankin and wide receiver Kyrin Priester, who committed to the Bulldogs on Friday.

More information to come.
