Bennett Commits To Clemson

Offensive lineman Nathan Bennett (6-4 290) of Dallas, GA said Sunday afternoon he committed to Clemson on his official visit over the weekend. Bennett had previously committed to Mississippi State.

"I'm going to Clemson to play my ball," Bennett said in confirming his decision. "They have good people and I love coach Bowden. My line coach and I have a good relationship. I'm going to play in front of 80-thousand fans. And they have the academic center for athletes and nice apartments. And they are in a good conference."

Bennett said he also had offers from East Carolina and UAB.
