Clemson's administration was aligned with Dabo Swinney in the aftermath of the Florida State postponement.
Andy Wittry, a reporter for a newsletter called Out of Bounds, showed some nice hustle this week when he obtained e-mail communications involving Florida State athletics director David Coburn and other Seminoles administrators.

The e-mails between Coburn and involved parties at Florida State and Clemson began in the wee hours of Saturday morning, and ultimately the decision to postpone the game was made at 8:05 AM.
The initial draft of the ACC's announcement stated that "the rescheduling follows a positive test, subsequent quarantining, and contact tracing within the Clemson football team."
A later, revised version changed the "rescheduling" to a "postponement" and identified the key development as "both teams were unable to mutually agree on moving forward with the game."
One part of the e-mail exchanges that drew some attention this week was FSU president John Thrasher writing to boosters in multiple emails that Clemson president Jim Clements "concurred" with the decision to postpone the game.
The concurring part was actually the headline on Wittry's story, creating the perception that Clements was at odds with his AD and head coach on the decision to postpone.
We did some asking around and found that this representation, or more precisely the aforementioned perception that came from the representation, is not accurate.
In fact, our sources say Clements wasn't even aware of the decision to postpone until after it had happened.
