What will having a national championship in hand mean for the Dabo Swinney Camp, which kicks off next week?

The credibility that comes with earning a national championship trickles down into a lot of components that comprise a football program. Fundraising, recruiting, you name it.

It’s been trending this way for the last two years probably, but I believe the Swinney Camp has seen its purpose change, and that will be reflected in the camps these next two weeks.

Early in the Swinney era, many of Clemson’s recruitments were built to crescendo at the camp. Get a priority target on campus for a full three-day session and that would seal the deal.

But the process has changed, and so has the caliber of prospect the Tigers are consistently involved with.
