Dabo Swinney doesn't formally kick off Clemson's recruiting efforts on a cycle until prospects have finished their sophomore academic year.

An exception was made this past weekend for Jefferson (Ga.) 2024 four-star linebacker Sammy Brown, who picked up an offer toward the end of Saturday's recruiting gathering.
