Clemson landed its second junior commitment Saturday evening when Calhoun (Ga.) wide receiver Brannon Spector opted to end his recruiting.

"I am beyond blessed to announce that I am officially committed to Clemson University," Spector wrote from a social media account.

The 6-foot-1, 190-pound receiver, rated 63rd overall regardless of position in the state of Georgia, is the younger brother of Tiger freshman backer Baylon Spector.

Spector's ties run deep with the Tigers. In addition to his older brother, his father, Robbie, is a former Clemson receiver. His sister also is a cheerleader at Clemson.

Clemson's staff took Spector as an athlete, so it is conceivable he could ultimately work at receiver, defensive back or linebacker.

The Tigers' other junior commitment also hails from the Peach State; Milton's Joseph Charleston, a four-star safety, who's rated eighth nationally at his position.

Tigerillustrated.com will have more on Spector's decision in our Monday Insider.
