SHELBY, N.C. –- Crest four-star outside linebacker Justin Foster knows he wants to announce his decision.

Before or at halftime of a home game this season, Foster will have three hats on a table and address the crowd. Simply, the hat he pulls from behind his back will be his college choice.

“It’s still up in the air a little bit when I’m going to do it,” he said. “It could be in the next couple weeks. It could be towards the end of the season. Still talking it out with my coaches, so we’ll see.”
