CLEMSON -- Clemson red-shirt freshman quarterback Zerrick Cooper announced Friday he will be transferring out of the program.
Cooper, a former four-star recruit out of Jonesboro (Ga.), played sparingly in 2017, completing 25 of 41 passes for 256 yards and two touchdowns.
Tigerillustrated.com believes Cooper may be leaning toward transferring to a non-power 5 program.
