Jones (6-1, 170), ranked No. 105 in the country by Rivals.com, picked the Tigers from a final eight featuring Arizona State, Ole Miss, Oregon, Providence, Tennessee, Texas A&M and West Virginia.

He is a native of Arlington, Va., who played his junior season at Huntington (W.Va.) Prep.

Clemson offered in March, but assistant coach Sean Dixon has been involved since the previous summer.
