Tigerillustrated.com's No. 7 rated junior in-state overall regardless of position has verbally committed to Clemson in Jarvis Jenkins.
Jenkins, who was introduced by Tigerillustrated.com on September 18th, is a 6-foot-4, 290-pound defensive tackle from Central - Daniel.
Jenkins, who was in Clemson's camp this past summer, actually verbally committed to offensive line coach and recruiter Brad Scott before his junior season began.
Jenkins was offered by the Clemson coaching staff prior to the month of August.
Daniel head coach Allen Sitterle confirmed Jenkins' commitment to Tigerillustrated.com when reached on his cell phone Thursday night.
Clemson already has the state's top junior committed in quarterback Willy Korn of Duncan - Byrnes.
