Late in the week, the NCAA ruled that Division I coaches would now be allowed eight hours per week of virtual non-physical activities with players – such as film review, team meetings and chalk talks, starting Monday.
Some schools conducted such activities from the get-go of social distancing.
Clemson's coaching staff had basic virtual meetings involving team members until the ACC put rules into place permitting four hours of the aforementioned functions per week.

Conferences had been charged with setting the parameters, so the latest ruling simply provided a blanket guideline while also doubling the amount of time the coaches have at their discretion to engage with players on football stuff.
What we’ve gathered, though, is that the new NCAA limit isn’t going to affect Clemson’s plans.
